SwayID It, Inc (d/b/a SwayID) ("SwayID," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates this Website and the associated Applications, including, but not limited to SwayID (collectively, the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you how we collect, use, share, and protect the information we collect from or about you on our Website, however accessed (the "Website"), and our App. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Service.
The information we collect varies depending on the type of activity you are performing and helps us provide you the products and services you request, personalize and improve your experience and allows us to provide you with opportunities to learn about products and services that may interest you. For SwayID Rewards Program (SwayID Rewards”) participants: If you choose to link your social media account to the SwayID App to redeem Offers as part of our Program, we collect basic information from your social media account, which may include your profile picture and display name, as well as your public videos, depending on your privacy settings on that platform.
For Digital Receipt Program 'eReceipts'participants: We collect personal information contained on photos of receipts you submit to us or on digital receipts in your Gmail inbox. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Our Website or App collects certain information automatically about you and your use of our Website or App and services that do not necessarily personally identify you, your interactions with us and information regarding the device you use to access our Website or App (collectively "Other Information"). Pixel Tags: We use Pixel Tags, or other forms of clear images and similar technologies, such as Javascript scripts on our Website and emails to understand the actions of users and measure the success of marketing efforts. Pixel Tags help us deliver and improve our marketing and our content to be more relevant to your interests. Specifically, we use Meta Pixel. Meta Pixel assists us in customizing our advertising and serving you ads on your social media based on your browsing behavior. Session Replay: We use third-party services provided by Clarity that employ cookies and local storage to record users’ interactions with the Services in a manner that allows us to watch DVR-like replays of those user sessions. The replays include users’ clicks, mouse movements, scrolls, text entered, and time spent on the webpage during those sessions. When we use tracking technologies, SwayID does not combine your data with data from third parties but rather only uses SwayID’s own data for its business purposes and to operate the App.
We use your information to provide you with our Website, App, and SwayID Rewards program which allows you to redeem Offers such as by creating video content showcasing your purchases and posting it on social media platforms. We also use your information to analyze, administer, enhance and personalize our Website and App and the services we provide to you, including our marketing of products and services to you. We use the information you provide us in connection with our Digital Receipt Program (Titled "eReceipts" in the Services) to get you paid relating to receipts you receive electronically. The Digital Receipt Program allows you to link your Gmail accounts to your SwayID account, as directed by you, through the use of your login credentials to that account(s) so that SwayID, as your agent, can retrieve purchase information from digital receipts in your digital consumer account or email. We also allow you to upload photos of your receipts. In processing your Digital Receipts, SwayID may retrieve Personal Information such as billing address, mailing address, name, payment method, and other information contained in the Digital Receipt email. The account credentials that you enter for these accounts are not stored with SwayID, but are stored on your device through appropriate secure methods, such as Keychain. SwayID may scan for any data believed to be a receipt in your Gmail account.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements, and use information collected through your participation in our eReceipts program from your Gmail account only to provide you points for your purchases on behalf of our participating brands and to improve user-facing features on the App or Website such as letting you know ways to earn money.

For analytics, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser or mobile device or read cookies that are already there to collect information. You may be able to add, update, or delete information. However, when changes are made we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information in our records. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the emails you receive from us. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails.
You may prevent us from collecting your device’s geolocation by adjusting your device settings.
If you choose to register an account with us, it will be protected by an automatically generated, one-time password code. It is your obligation to prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by protecting your password code appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device, email account, and browser and by logging out after you have finished accessing your account.
We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures designed to protect against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of Personal Information we maintain. Unfortunately, data transmission over the Internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure. SwayID’s App and Website are not targeted to children under 14 years old, and it does not intend to collect Personal Information from children under the age of fourteen (14). If you are aware of a user under the age of fourteen (14) who has provided Personal Information to SwayID, please contact us at support@swayid.com. Parents and legal guardians may choose to provide information about their children, even if under the age of fourteen (14), for the purposes of using our products and services, including, without limitation, the App and Website.
