Welcome to Swaypay It, Inc DBA SwayID. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SwayID’s tools and services, including the Perfect Match Influencer Detector Tool, Voluntary Influencer Post Generator Tool, Influencer Post Trust Grading Tool, Influencer Post Analyzer Tool, UGC FTC Compliance Checker Tool, and FTC Compliance Training & Certifications. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using SwayID's services, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services and Subscriptions

SwayID offers three subscription tiers:

• Starter: $1,200/year, includes limited access to tools and training seats.
• Advanced: $4,800/year, includes unlimited access to tools and additional training seats.
• Enterprise: $8,000+/year, tailored for large businesses with unlimited access to all tools and training certifications.

Service descriptions, access limitations, and usage caps for each tier are detailed on our website.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Payments are processed annually. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified annual fee for your chosen tier.
• No refunds are issued for cancellations mid-term unless otherwise required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

• Users must not use SwayID’s tools to create deceptive marketing campaigns, certify false content, or violate FTC guidelines.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws while using our services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, tools, and software provided by SwayID are owned by SwayID and protected under intellectual property laws.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any SwayID intellectual property without prior consent.

6. Account Management

• Users must keep login credentials confidential.
• SwayID reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

7. Limitations of Liability

SwayID provides tools for operational guidance but does not provide legal advice. Users assume all responsibility for compliance and regulatory adherence.

8. Termination

• SwayID may terminate services for breach of these Terms or misuse of tools.
• Upon termination, users lose access to all tools and certifications.
